Beauty through simplicity, creating a no-frills eCommerce experience for Alepp

Alepp is a non-profit wellness company dedicated to uplifting Syrian refugee communities. By sourcing traditional Aleppo soap from Syria and selling it in Australia, they channel all profits into global refugee programs. Handmade from just laurel berry and olive oil, the soap embodies simplicity, purity, and centuries-old craftsmanship.

Working closely with the core team, I helped launch their online storefront. Simplicity was the foundation of the project, influencing everything from design language to technical execution.

A clean, responsive information architecture ensured intuitive navigation, while a visually restrained brand identity created space for the product’s authenticity to shine. Emotive product and lifestyle photography captured the raw beauty of the soap and its origins, reinforcing Alepp’s honest, purpose-driven ethos.
